Delivery
In normal circumstances we will aim to deliver to UK destinations within 7 days of order placement. For International shipping delivery depends on the scheduled shipment dates.
Returns & Cancellations – Unwanted Products
CompFix International will refund or exchange any unwanted computer or accessories. If you wish to return any goods for a credit note, or to receive a refund please call 0161-
Your right to notify us of your intention to return unwanted products is limited to 7 working days (where warranty period is not applicable) starting from the day after purchase, unless a longer period is agreed by both parties. Where possible, products should be returned to CompFix International in unused condition or in the condition they were purchased, with their original packaging. No returns can be accepted after this time or without an Authorisation.
CompFix International cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit after being sent back to us. The return of goods is the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending them back by registered or recorded delivery.
The customer is required to pay any return postage costs.
